A mala is a garland of 108 beads used to count such things as the number of breaths taken while meditating or the number of times a mantra is recited. Malas are traditional tools used in the deeper practices of both Thai bodywork and yoga.
For us, a mala represents commitment, connection and continuity, serving as an everyday reminder of our community and the tools available to cultivate health and happiness.
