Pranakriya yoga is an ancient technology of pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (postures) and meditation designed to bring the practitioner a greater sense of aliveness and vitality. Pranakriya yoga is a tantric hatha yoga practice created by Yoganand Michael Carroll, and is part of the lineage of Swami Kripaluvanandaji.
Helen Hudson is a 2013 graduate of the Pranakriya 200-hour Teacher Certification and is currently working on completing her 500-hour advanced certification. No group classes are scheduled this summer. Autumn Sessions of group classes will begin in September. Check back for details. Private and small group yoga instruction is available through the summer.
